Evelyn Woods

This journal is to continue from Meian RP's thread, which had been there for the past 2 years in the dA Forum until the thread owner decided to go on separate ways. This part of story continues from the last posts made by knight and I. So we are venturing Lyra's woods.

The last few posts were this :

Then in their view came mist, and the temperature got cooler than what they were at near the hot spring where it was warmer. Cool, but not chilling or freezing -- like a gentle breeze. The sudden change of temperature suggested they just crossed some kind of realm from this astranged merged world.
Then came sounds - chirping of birds, rustling leaves, and the sound of running water... no, water fall, in a far distance.
Lastly, the view set in.
It was a forest, almost the same as their previous forests, but there were more mists than anything. But the mists do not cloud their vision. They could see very well with their naked eyes. The forest fragrance was cool and fresh, and upon inhaling, felt energetic.
"There's Magic in the air.." said Claria faintly. "It's the same aura as Lyra's when she used her crystal." She closed her eyes to recall that sense of aura. Then it hit her. "Is this Lyra's hometown?"

Everything everyone was saying or doing seemed to be blurry and muffled, almost as though he was underwater. Jay couldn't make out any words, he just saw the silhouettes of everyone walking away into a forest. As he gazed at his hands he noticed he could see right through them and he could feel all his aura disappearing.
With a trembling voice he desperately tried to catch someone's attention.

"What's happening to me...?"

But if anyone were to look at where Jay once stood, they wouldn't see any sign of him. His last words faded like a whisper. It was... as though he had never been there.

The shards were affected all the same. Fire spoke to Kal while it still had the chance.
"Time has been altered, this future will be erased. We will be Fate once more and the worlds will return to their original state. Choose now which world to be on, the merge shall be undone."
All Fire's aura disappeared just like all other shards that were scattered across the lands. Some people were affected and some weren't. Darren and Rory suffered the same fate as Jay and disappeared from this existence.

"Huh? Guys?" asked Claria, and she turned around. She saw people around her vanishing into the mist. She looked around her. It seems that she is by herself all over again.
She clenched her staff, braving herself and calming herself down from the obvious stir of panic.
"Dad... if you are still here, guide me." she muttered in a faint whisper.
The jewel at her chest feinted a dim , gentle glow. Then, like a willo-o-wisp, lead her a trail to the unknown...

kals eyes glow as time is rewritten. in his mind he reply's "thank you. and may yourself be whole and happy again." he looks to claria. "but i think i wont be heading home just yet" he smiles as fire fades from his mind. "good bye fire"

He catches up to claria as she asks her question? "her home? maybe they have seen her?" he thinks for a moment of what fire said. "if this is her home. then she doesnt have to stay with us anymore. shes home" he gives a small smile..."assuming shes around here anyway"

Kal loses sight of claria in the fog. "so its starting" He looks back where the group was.. he sighs knowing he wont make it back there in time. He looks forward. "there is only one".. He dashes ahead towards where claria was. unto which he goes a few feet and almost runs into her if not for the glowing light of the wisps which told him something was close.
